Moon Palace Jamaica Ocho Rios

Every detail in this hotel was good, I loved stuff and rooms. I was there for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for dinner.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant especially for breakfast. The pool was heated and I had cold drinks in the poolside bar.

Tbh, rooms were very basic.

Liked our stay, had great 4 days overall. Got a double room with the A/C, an awesome view plus CHI shampoo as expected.

Pity, but the beds were small.

Everything was awesome, magnificent location on the beach, the staff were kind. Liked the double room I had with champagne and a patio plus a stocked fridge. Local drinks at main bar, TOP-NOTCH service.

Totally really nice stay in September with the rest of our family of 18 as a whole family trip. The hotel is clean, we loved its lovely staff and food.

We loved this stay. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, yet everything was perfect.

It's a deluxe hotel in Ocho Rios. They offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge too.

The hotel was characterful, the room was freshly renovated and I loved enthusiastic staff. Good Internet and heating in the room, favorable location. Breakfast was super with lovely hot waffles, sausages, eggs and cheese.

I loved staff and food of this hotel. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with a beautiful view, balcony, double beds.

The room was appropriate and the breakfast was more than adequate. The outdoor restaurant was large, good service. Pristine beach was located near the venue. It was really spotlessly clean and upgraded hotel, 100% recommend.

Rooms with big bedrooms and consistently courteous staff. They made my stay great.

Location was enjoyable, I loved cheap rooms and gorgeous staff. And it also had remarkable view. The buffet breakfast had variety of choices. Glad that the weather was lovely, so I could enjoy its lovely pool.

The location was spectacular and room was bright, I liked fair staff. Hot waffles, jam, hardboiled eggs and cheese were delicious as well as the drinks. Efficient check-in & perfect service. Fine wines, great cocktails and martini in the night bar, paid parking place.

Terrific and exceptionally clean hotel; the rooms are splendid. Colonial style property with antique furniture in the rooms. Staff is JUST AVERAGE, easy check-in.

Location was very beautiful, staff was mostly friendly. Pretty average breakfast, exceptional service. I had an enjoyable and new-fashioned room. A sandy beach, really breathtaking view. I came here for 2 nights and had a very enjoyable stay.

Staff was absolutely outstanding, facility was spotless. Panoramic view, a bigger balcony, wonderfully comfortable bed, too. Facilities were fabulous too...

All wonderful, including the food and staff. Perfect for family. We really loved to have evening drinks at Mama Marley's, based nearby. Moreover, we parked onsite.
